Where are your bags made?
All our bags are designed and made in our London studio in Willesden.
Which shops stock your products?
Currently, we are a Direct-to-Consumer brand. This means you can be assured that your SQIINS will be a 100% authentic, hand made piece and not mass-produced for the high street. We will be attending shows and have the odd pop up stall in interesting locations so be sure to sign up for our newsletter to find out when and where.
Can I visit your studio?
Absolutely! We would love to have you come and see where it all happens. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to setup your appointment. We are also planning monthly open studio events. Sign up for our newsletter for future dates.
Are all your materials manufactured in Britain?
We try our hardest to source all our materials from British manufacturers, but unfortunately, this isn’t always possible. We are, however, continuing our search with the hope that eventually all our materials will be sourced from British suppliers.
When will I receive my SQIINS?
We aim to dispatch your SQIINS within 7 working days from your order placement. Unlike mass-produced high street brands, and to protect the environment we don't keep large stocks of 'ready-to-ship' bags and accessories. Instead, our products are partially made and finished to order.
During busy periods, it can take up to 10 days to despatch your product. We will keep you fully up-to-date with the progress of your order.
Can I get my SQIINS any sooner?
Yes, but this depends on how busy the studio is. Please email us on email@example.com and we'll see what we can do.
Can I cancel my order?
We can’t cancel your order once it’s been dispatched. Please see our returns and refunds page for more information.
Can I cancel or return a bespoke item?
Unfortunately, bespoke orders cannot be returned or cancelled unless your item is faulty. In this case, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I forgot to enter a promotional code, can I receive the discount?
Unfortunately, once your order has been submitted, we are unable to add this retrospectively. If your order has not been dispatched, please contact email@example.com.
Leather Colour Disclaimer
We make every effort to ensure the colour and texture of each product matches the images displayed on our website. However, part of the beauty of natural leather is the variation in colour and texture it produces and ensures that your SQIINS will be unique to you.
