We allow returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, after this time we won't be able to issue a refund or exchange.
Items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that bespoke or End of Line products are non refundable or exchangeable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If approved, your SQIINS may be exchanged for the same product or different product of equal value. If the value of the item you wish to exchange is higher, you will need to pay the difference. If the item is of lower value, we will credit the difference to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If after 10 days you haven’t received your refund:
- check your bank account
- contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
